Ms. Roller-Ryan went on to win the Regional Teacher of the Year and Virginia State Teacher of the Year.

For the last several years, the Shenandoah Education Foundation has awarded a $2500 grant to the school division’s Teacher of the Year. Most of the grant money has been used to purchase technology needs for the classroom, including Chrome Books and document cameras.
